"Early Bird Service"
For our BMW Customers who would like to drop off their vehicles the night before they are scheduled for appointments,
or early in the morning before the Service Department is opened, that is very easily done by doing the following:

Complete the information sections on one of the envelopes found in the black Service Box next to the Service entrance.
Please list name, and phone numbers, that you can be contacted at (especially work and cell phone numbers),
identify the vehicle, and a brief description of the service requested. Please print legibly.

Park and lock the vehicle in customer parking or outside
the service area.

Place the key in envelope, seal and place envelope in the mail slot box located on the overhead service door
(not the black envelope box).
