General Sales Manager Dave Lee returned to Voss Village BMW in early 2006. Dave started his automotive sales career at Voss Chevrolet in 1995. After three years as a sales leader, he took the helm at Voss Village BMW in July 1998. In 2003, Dave and his family relocated to North Carolina, where Dave remained in the BMW network, serving as Retail Operations Manager at Performance BMW-Porsche-Subaru in Chapel Hill. While away, Dave also worked as a sales trainer and consultant to other auto dealerships. Having visited some 200 dealerships in his career, Dave can honestly say there’s no better place to buy or sell a car than Voss. And no better place to call home than the Miami Valley.

Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, and is an avid runner, recently qualifying for the Boston Marathon.

Doug James is well known in the Dayton luxury car market. He has been serving Dayton's luxury car buyers for more than 25 years. His experience includes more than 15 years at Mercedes-Benz and the past three years with Voss Village BMW. Doug maintains one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the country for BMW.

Doug lives in Kettering with his wife Jacque and their Golden Doodle, Jessie.

Bob Huldeman is on his second tour of duty at Voss Village BMW, having worked here in 1990-91, and again since July of 2006, and has more than 7 years of luxury automotive sales experience. Bob takes great pride in the care he gives his customers and maintains a near perfect customer satisfaction score with BMW.

Bob lives in Bellbrook and enjoys spending time in the gym on his days off.

Aaron Kerstanski began his career with the Voss Auto Network on the ground floor. In August of 2004 he began work in the service department of Voss Cadillacas a car spotter. He later moved to Voss BMW, serving as a detailer for about 2 years. From there he moved up into BMW sales. Because of his detailing experience, Aaron maintains a high degree of product knowledge and attention to detail. Aaron's customers have been delighted, and have rewarded him with one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the country.

Aaron has lived in the Centerville/Springboro area his entire life. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Aaron is engaged to be married this fall.

Matt Carone has been with Voss Village BMW since July, 2008, however his BMW experience goes far beyond his recent employment. As a young automotive enthusiast, Matt was so taken with BMW that he saved his money and purchased his first BMW, a brand new 2002 325i when he was just 18! More recently, Matt has owned a 7 series and a 8 series coupe.

Matt is a Wright State University graduate, lives here in Centerville and recently became engaged.
